Imploding Buildings

In 2002 the Zetas described what they termed "imploding" buildings as a phenomena that would emerge as the time of the pole shift approached.

ZetaTalk Prediction 5/4/2002: Urban residents are lulled into thinking that they are safe, the gas lines capped and water lines tight, electric power trips to keep surges in line. Millions go to work and fall asleep assured by their leaders that all is in hand, with rescue teams alert and at the ready. In fact, the weak link is just waiting to break, from a source not anticipated by the city architects. Water lines can snap when the piping is put under pressure or stretched. Gas lines certainly can experience cracks and snaps. If electrical power lines, not as insulated as reported, and leaking gas, and water that conducts electricity, are put together, what do you have?

Building with heavy plumbing running up to all the toilets and showers have a sinkhole developing under them. They will implode. Gas lines leaks set off in an explosion caused by adjustments under a city, will not just be limited to a building or block, but will ricochet through the city, creating a holocaust potentially. Some of these potentially can make the World Trade Center disaster look mild. To predict just what soft spot might adjust, or what fault line might lift, in the year prior to the shift is flirting with our guidelines from the Council of Worlds which forbids us to warn mankind of specific, immediate, dangers such as quakes.

The concept of "stretch zones", also a Zeta term, had already been introduced. Stretch zones are rock strata that are being pulled apart during plate movement, such as the African Rift zone. Stretching causes the area to drop, and when this occurs under cities or buildings, causes structural havoc.

ZetaTalk Prediction 11/30/2002: Cities have several stories under them, where electrical wires and plumbing run, so as to keep this from the streets above. It is not just those cables and pipes buried in roadways, but the deep basements of skyscrapers that we are addressing. The Earth, in areas where it is being stretched, like the entire eastern portion of North America and western portion of Europe, will find the ground adjusting. What does it take to break a supporting structure, causing the mass to come down? And if the mass drops, the buildings where this plumbing went up into are finding a tug down where they were least designed to expect this. This weakens the infrastructure of the building, and it then starts to implode and plummet.

As in earthquakes, building affect their neighbors, and fire starts and spreads. When would this start, and where? We are not allowed to pinpoint the city or estimated date, just as we are not allowed to do so with earthquakes. However, we can say this, that anyone living in stretch zones should expect this to happen at any moment, as the train derailments have shown that earth movements of this kind, a separating of support, has started. Many cities are rooted in rock, but this also can shift, one side down, the other tilted up, and this alone would cause adjustments in the cities above. In cities in compression zones, or slip-slide, the results are similar, but accompany quakes. This, city disasters along with quakes, is called earthquake damage. Our imploding buildings prediction will not be called as correct until such matters happen outside of quake accompaniment.

When trains began derailing and gas and water mains began breaking and factories began exploding, there was always an excuse - the tracks had been recently repaired, a flaw introduced by human hand, or the pipes were old, or the factory was dusty. Heaven forbid that the authorities admit that the ground had been shifting. But the recent collapse of a building in Germany has no such excuse. The building was relatively new, built in 1971. There was no earthquake to blame. And ground movement, rumbling, was actually heard prior to the sudden collapse. This rumbling, in fact, was what allowed those in the building to escape. The building did not collapse, the ground under the building collapsed.

3 Missing in Germany Building Collapse
March. 3, 2009

Cologne's six-story city archive building rumbled and then collapsed into a pile of rubble. Many people inside were able to flee to safety, but authorities said they were searching for three people missing from nearby buildings. The collapse, which occurred about 2 pm, also dragged down parts of two neighboring buildings in the western German city. "Suddenly there was a rumbling, as if a train were going past," witness Alfred Hoovestaedt. "Then the noise got louder and louder, and we heard vibration. Then, in seconds, the whole area was covered in a haze." Florian Hacke, who lives two buildings away, said he ran out of his house after he heard a creaking noise and cracks opened up in his ceiling. Alerted by the sounds that preceded the collapse, staff and visitors at the Cologne archive were able to get out in time. The modern-style building opened in 1971. A longtime archive employee, Eberhard Illner, told a German radio station that he had noticed cracks in the basement last year.

Per the Zetas, this is a perfect example of their imploding building prediction.

ZetaTalk Comment 3/21/2009: We have predicted imploding buildings for some time, but few examples have emerged. This is one such example! The rock under the building moved - dropped, and shifted. It is assumed by modern building practices that building placed on what appears to be solid rock will not have these problems. Shaking, during a quake, but not shifting or dropping. But in stretch zones, this is exactly what occurs - dropping.

Submarine Crash

Two US ships smashed into each other the other day and hardly anyone commented upon it. Did you see this in the nightly news? It got brushed under the table. One of the ships was a nuclear submarine - the USS Hartford.

Nuclear Submarine Damaged in Collision Near Iran
March 20, 2009
http://www.foxnews.com/story/0,2933,509919,00.html
A nuclear submarine was damaged in a collision with another U.S. Navy vessel off the coast of Iran, leaving 15 U.S. sailors injured and 25,000 gallons of fuel spilling into the Strait of Hormuz. The USS Hartford, a nuclear-powered fast-attack submarine, was fully submerged when it collided with the transport ship the USS New Orleans. Seas were calm but visibility was low. No official reason has been given for the accident but a Defense Department official told FOX News that "it appears the two vessels were not in communication before they collided."

So the accident was being blamed on poor communication. But surely the submarine must have sensed a body in the water above it. Was it driving blind? If past submarine accidents are any clue, the answer is "yes". Per the Zetas, recent submarine accidents point out that their navigation software is not taking into account the Earth wobble, which creates atmospheric turmoil and turmoil in the seas as well. Take the case of a January 12, 2005 submarine crash near Guam. The Navy blamed its charts.

E-Mail Shows Toll of Crash on Submarine
January 12, 2005
http://www.nytimes.com/2005/01/12/national/12sub.html
The nuclear submarine that ran aground Saturday in the South Pacific hit so "incredibly hard" that about 60 of its 137 crew members were injured and the sailor who died was thrown 20 feet by the impact, according to internal Navy e-mail messages sent by a top admiral. The accident occurred 360 miles southeast of Guam. Navy officials have said that the submarine, which was headed for Australia, appeared to have smashed into an undersea mountain that was not on its charts.

ZetaTalk Analysis 1/13/2005: The net effect is a rigid network in the government and the military, even in industry, to ignore, rather than explore, the current Earth changes. Thus, the broken link applies. Submarines ignoring an Earth wobble that has the Earth moving under the sea of air daily, causing windstorms around the globe that have been evident for months, and in particular ignoring the sea of water that can likewise stand in place while the Earth moves under it. The earth moved, the water remained, and the submarine was in strange terrain just as an air balloon would be in the wind storms that assail Europe or the West Coast.

So if the crash in 2005 was due to the submarine simply being moved to a different location than expected, what was the cause of a disappearing submarine on March 14, 2007? Per the Zetas, the communication software did not take into account a change in the wave action caused by the wobble. Certainly, the Navy had no explanation for what occurred. But the Zetas did.

Billion-Dollar U.S. Sub Disappears Overnight for Several Hours
March 14, 2007
http://www.abcnews.go.com/US/story?id=2950740&page=1
The Navy mobilized a search-and-rescue operation Tuesday night after it believed one of its submarines, the USS San Juan, had gone missing off the coast of Florida with 140 crew members aboard. The concern was so high that Defense Secretary Robert Gates was notified of the situation overnight, as was White House national security adviser Stephen Hadley, who was preparing to brief President Bush with the news when communications were re-established with the missing submarine. The Navy had also begun notifying the families of the 140 crew members that the submarine was missing. The incident is under investigation with the focus being on why the ship missed a pre-established communications period with surface ships. No mechanical problems were found aboard the submarine and officials were looking at why the submarine had missed its communication period. Navy officials say the search was launched after surface ships spotted what appeared to be a red flare in the vicinity of where the submarine had been operating. A red flare is an indicator that a ship is in distress. With the loss of communications, a search-and-rescue effort was immediately launched.

ZetaTalk Analysis 3/17/2007: What was the cause of this submarine's inability to communicate with the surface? Submarines, when under water, must use low frequency communications, which include vibrating the water around them in order to send their messages in a coherent manner. The message, in short, rides on the waves, which are always present in an area and predictably moving in one direction or another. If the message is moving in the opposite direction of the wave, it likewise encounters predictable motion in the waves, regular and steady. Wave action is taken into consideration by the communication software, so these slow undulations are factored in, the wave rate sensed as a separate thing, like noise, and then omitted from the message. This is the science of noise reduction in audio transmissions, to sense the noise, isolate it, and then eliminate it. What if the wave action changes? Wave action is a result of equalizing pressure in the ocean. The press of water from the Equator round toward the poles and back again, the swirling Coriolis effect caused by the rotation of the globe. The streams of water that run along coastlines during this process, blocked by the coast.

Has something changed? Nancy and a crew of what she calls the Trusted 12 observed a very errant lurch of the Earth to the West in the predawn hours in the US, such that constellations were out of place by as much as 50° for a brief time. What would such a lurch do to the ocean currents? The normal currents along the East Coast would be accelerated as the land moved under the water, and current would be forced on Europe with excessive pressure. The point being that the wave action rhythm, encoded into the encryption software decoding the communication pulses, would be wrong for this temporary new wave rhythm. What does this mean for submarines in the future, during the increasing Earth changes and through the pole shift? If any in the elite were expecting to be able to use submarines, to ride out the pole shift or as intimidation in any power play to take over the world after the shift, this is a message. Submarines will not survive. Not because their communications will not function, but for dozens of other reasons the elite have not even taken into consideration.

World Currency

Is the dollar dying? There are several forms of death for a currency, which is frankly not dead until taken out of circulation. A currency can go into life support when the country issuing the currency becomes a banana republic, printing so much money that each piece of paper issues is virtually worthless. This has happened recently to Argentina and Zimbabwe. This happens gradually over time, what we term "inflation" because the US does indeed print money. Recently, they are printing a lot of it. But the dollar has not reached the point where the US is considered a banana republic. Nevertheless, this has China worried and what has both China and Russia making proposals for an alternative to the dollar being considered the global currency.

China Calls for New Reserve Currency
March 23 2009
http://www.ft.com/cms/s/0/7851925a-17a2-11de-8c9d-0000779fd2ac.html
China's central bank on Monday proposed replacing the US dollar as the international reserve currency with a new global system controlled by the International Monetary Fund. Analysts said the proposal was an indication of Beijing's fears that actions being taken to save the domestic US economy would have a negative impact on China. This is a clear sign that China, as the largest holder of US dollar financial assets, is concerned about the potential inflationary risk of the US Federal Reserve printing money. China has little choice but to hold the bulk of its $2,000bn of foreign exchange reserves in US dollars, and this is unlikely to change in the near future.

At G20, Kremlin to Pitch New Currency
17 March 2009
http://www.themoscowtimes.com/article/600/42/375364.htm
Kremlin published its priorities Monday for an upcoming meeting of the G20, calling for the creation of a supranational reserve currency to be issued by international institutions as part of a reform of the global financial system. The Kremlin has persistently criticized the dollar's status as the dominant global reserve currency and has lowered its own dollar holdings in the last few years. Both President Dmitry Medvedev and Prime Minister Vladimir Putin have repeatedly called for the ruble to be used as a regional reserve currency, although the idea has received little support outside of Russia. The Kremlin document also called for national banks and international financial institutions to diversify their foreign currency reserves. It said the global financial system should be restructured to prevent future crises and proposed holding an international conference after the G20 summit to adopt conventions on a new global financial structure.

Why has the US dollar been considered the global currency? This is tied to the flow of oil around the world. In the past, Saudi Arabia and other oil producing countries agreed to enforce the rule that oil must be purchased with dollars, so all countries had to have a cache of dollars on hand. This fact alone gave the dollar prestige and helped to hold it up in value relative to other currencies. But due to the massive debt that the Bush administration was pushing on the US, which deflated the value of the dollar in the eyes of the world, this structure shattered. One after another oil producing countries switched to using other currencies.

Iran Drops Dollar from Oil Deals
Dec 8, 2006
http://rawstory.com/news/afp/Iran_drops_dollar_from_oil_deals_re_12082007.html
Major crude producer Iran has completely stopped carrying out its oil transactions in dollars, Oil Minister Gholam Hossein Nozari said, labeling the greenback an "unreliable" currency. Iran has reduced its assets in dollars held in foreign banks and urged OPEC to take collective action to price oil in other currencies such as the euro, instead of the US currency which is used across the world at present.

The Bush administration blustered and threatened, in particular threatened Iran, to avoid this move by the oil producing countries. But despite the bluster and threats to bomb Iran, they switched away from the dollar, and other countries quickly followed their example.

ZetaTalk Analysis 12/8/2007: Iran has been threatening to do this for years, as have other countries. Most oil producers have already switched to allow other than the dollar in exchange for their crude, but in that the dollar was included in the mix and is historically the medium of exchange for oil, this was not considered devastating to the dollar. It is avoiding the dollar altogether that the US fears, as then those holding dollars will decide they need not do this, and will begin seriously dumping the dropping dollar.

Whether the dollar is used as the international currency or another world currency is adopted, the Zetas have predicted the dollar will be in use up until the time of the pole shift. At that point, the barter system will be perforce the currency of choice, and paper money will be worthless everywhere.

ZetaTalk Prediction 9/20/2008: The dollar is dropping but will not go into complete default, despite rumors or fears. The dollar has already dropped during the Bush administration, such that it has almost fallen to half the worth it had at the start. This is reflected in high food and fuel prices, in the main, but to the American public it looks as though everything else has retained its worth, though everything else has also fallen in value as the relative value of the dollar has dropped. Since the oil producing countries have switched from using the dollar exclusively to using other currencies, the major impact on the dollar has already occurred, and the drop in the dollar will now slow down.
