ZetaTalk Chat Q&A for February 27, 2016

What is this? What do zetas say? [and from another] http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-3452202/Mysterious-tar-like-oily-substance-falls-sky-covers-cars-porches-driveways-Michigan.html The black, oily substance first appeared on at least six driveways in Harrison Township, what the material is still remains a mystery. Residents originally believed that the substance could have come from the nearby Selfridge Air National Guard Base, but the base released a statement saying it was not coming from their location. It does not appear to be a fuel substance at all and so we did confirm that but it appears as though it came from an aircraft but we haven't confirmed that.

This tar-like substance is akin to ash, from petro elements in the tail of Planet X, aka Nibiru, burning in the atmosphere above Harrison Township (near Detroit). It is not flammable anymore, as it is, like ash, those portions of the burn that are not combustible. The establishment will come up with some plausible excuse, as usual, but that this scenario has never happened before, in human memory, is a clue that their excuses will fail, at least in the minds of the public. Nibiru has drawn closer, as the many naked eye sightings and Second Sun sightings confirm. The tail is pointed toward the Earth during this approach, and thus the greasy elements in the tail wafting Earth are more dense.

In parts of the world where rock stress and methane release are intense, as is occurring along the Seaway which is tearing apart, there will be the foundation of sky fires. Beyond the incidence of Light Towers which have been in evidence since 2008, methane alit, there will be blanket fires, where the methane and greasy elements in the tail are afire laterally in the skies. The end result of this is of course ash, puzzling those below who missed the blanket fire, which would only be visible during the night. These incidents will be on the increase.

Of course it is clear that it was not a full-fledged tsunami! What has caused this "wave"? Since 2014 the activity stopped, and scientists say the risk of a huge earthquake (due pressure). Can we expect such a scenario? And what we can expect for this region? [and from another] http://q13fox.com/2016/01/22/rogue-wave-near-ocean-shores-not-a-tsunami-says-national-weather-service/  Weather experts are instead calling the phenomenon a "sneaker" wave, which is common along the West Coast. Video documenting the event Saturday shows a wave quickly moving ashore and into coastal estuaries, leading many people to describe it as a "mini-tsunami." But tsunamis are tied to triggers like a strong underwater earthquake or landslide, the meteorologists said. No seismic event of significant strength was observed near the Washington coast or anywhere else across the Pacific Ocean at the time the wave hit. [and from another] http://www.dailystar.co.uk/news/latest-news/489492/Big-one-earthquake-fears-mini-tsunami-hits-Washington-America-west-coast-cascadia-fault  A video emerged of a surge of water submerging Joe Creek near Pacific Beach in Washington state. The footage shows a "rogue" wave rolling in and reaching inland. She said the wave brought in logs and debris, while witnesses were left shaken up by the unexpected surge. Tides naturally change water column height at buoys up to several feet every day. [and from another] http://www.zetatalk.com/7of10/7of10-92.htm  We have let slip that they will involve continuous plate movement in places, and recently have let slip that tsunami along the West Coast of the US up to 100 feet high can be expected.

We have stated that continuous plate movement will occur in some regions during the 8 of 10. Beyond pointing to the lifting edge of the Indo-Australian Plate we have not specified any region to be so affected, nor are we doing so today. Sneaker waves along the West Coast of the N American Continent are nothing new, but rather legendary. The N American Plate is pulled into a bow, as we have endlessly explained, during the 7 of 10 plate movements and thus the Juan de Fuca is squeezed where the Juan de Fuca embraces the N American Plate. It then vibrates, while preparing for more subduction. Vibration registers on a buoy and results in water pouring into a void and being pushed in all directions when the ocean floor rises again. End of story.

While Russia is preparing the cease fire in Syria, South Korea and US will rehearse invasion of North Korea staging a pre-emptive strike on simulated North Korean weapons silos, following Pyongyang’s rocket launch and a nuclear test earlier this year. Since North Korea has been isolated by the West, they are becoming a bigger risk to the rest of the world.  Has the latest joint military rehearsal got any substances in it or is it just another political posturing? [and from another] https://www.rt.com/news/333291-us-nuclear-korea-drills/ More than 90,000 South Koreans and 15,000 US troops will stage a “pre-emptive strike” on simulated North Korean weapons silos, following Pyongyang’s rocket launch and a nuclear test earlier this year. [and from another] http://www.cnbc.com/2016/02/21/north-korea-rebuffed-us-effort-for-peace-talks-wsj.html The Obama administration initiated a clandestine diplomatic effort to engage North Korea on ending tensions on the Peninsula—only to be rebuffed by the Communist regime days before it launched another nuclear test. [and from another] http://www.bloomberg.com/politics/articles/2016-02-21/u-s-dropped-north-korea-peace-talk-plan-after-missile-test The U.S. called off nascent talks with North Korea aimed at formally ending the Korean War when it became clear that the reclusive nation wasn’t interested in stopping its nuclear program by conducting a ballistic missile test. The talks, which Pyongyang requested, ended after North Korea rebuffed a U.S. demand that denuclearization be a condition for the negotiations. The U.S. and North Korea reached an agreement in 2005 with other nations including Japan and South Korea that set the groundwork for future talks premised on denuclearization. Ri Yong-Gil was accused of forming a political faction and corruption. [and from another] http://hotair.com/archives/2016/02/22/china-quietly-cuts-off-the-cash-flow-to-north-korea/ In a process which actually began in December, China took the nearly unprecedented step of having their banks freeze the assets of North Korean depositors and halt all cash transfers to Kim Jong-un’s realm. China also has the only real leverage over the North Koreans. China really holds the leash is their economic ties to the regime. China accounts for nearly all of North Korea’s trade and support. It’s unclear if even that would deter Kim’s ambitions. Their people are already starving to death in large numbers, with millions more rotting away in prison camps. Until the sanctions and hard times begin to hit the leadership in Pyongyang personally the madman may simply stick to his guns.

Mankind has many recent examples of dictators with ruthless control, and what they can do to their populace. Stalin is estimated to have killed tens of millions of his own citizens through various purges aimed at maintaining his control for 30 years.  He died a natural death, still in control. Idi Amin in Uganda had a shorter reign and ruled by mass murder, reportedly eating body parts of his enemies, before escaping to exile in Saudi Arabia.  Montezuma of the Aztecs exacted tribute by ripping the hearts of out of human sacrifices, but this royal family was only toppled when the Spanish conquistadors arrived.

Dictatorships are not, in short, toppled because the people are oppressed and starving, tortured and misused, however resentful they may be. Clever dictators reward those in the palace around them, and have periodic purges of those they suspect may be planning to overthrow the dictator, thus lessening the likelihood of a coup. They can survive until there is nothing left of their country. This is where N Korea would go except for the nuclear threat. China and the US are making a concerted push now to depose Kim. By both withholding the economic support that China has provided and holding military exercises that imply a pending invasion of N Korea, they hope to cause the paranoid Kim to attack those around him so viscously that they depose him, murder him.

"There are only ten days left for European Union officials to significantly reduce the flow of migrants and asylum-seekers into the EU from Turkey, or the Schengen system is at risk of total collapse”. It seems there is more too it, then just the breakdown of the Schengen system. And why the 10 days? Could the Zetas say something more about this. Is this just about Schengen or is there more to it? [and from another] https://www.rt.com/news/333649-schengen-break-down-commissioner/ “Time is not with us anymore. There are only 10 days left till March 7,” referring to a special summit on the migration crisis that European Union leaders will hold with Turkey. Despite the Schengen’s free-travel rule, a number of the bloc’s members have resorted to unilateral border tightening to stem the tide of refugees. Belgium joined other countries that have temporarily abandoned Schengen rules allowing passport-free travel within the zone when it passed a measure increasing police presence along its borders. At the same time, Austria’s Defense Ministry has announced that it would dispatch more troops to its border to help deal with the crisis situation. The Schengen agreement cannot function properly if the EU’s external borders are not protected effectively. A mandatory quota of migrants and refugees that EU countries would have to resettle on their territories is one of the solutions being proposed. Yet, some of the bloc’s members are firmly against this.

It was clear when the immigrant crisis exploded that the European Schengen rule was not going to last. We predicted that changes would be required for the European Union.  The EU requires that the country first contacted by an asylum seeker must process that person, but barbed wire was being erected. The EU requires that travel between and among member countries be an open border, but illegal immigrants gaining entry took advantage of this rule to flow wherever they wanted. Terror attacks and rape of local women resulted. Meanwhile, Turkey poured immigrants into Greece, without abatement.

Turkey is playing a game by claiming they are fighting ISIS. Turkey and the Saudi’s are fully in support of ISIS, for their own reasons. Turkey is a NATO member and the US uses a base on their lands, so this is awkward. The flood of immigrants flowing into Europe has been a card in this game, to force the US and NATO to accept ISIS as a legitimate entity, in control of Syria and perhaps Libya, and by extension this would allow Turkey to return to the glory of the Ottoman Empire and for the Sunnis to dominate over Shia influence. This is not going well for them.

As we predicted last September, placating Turkey and the Saudis, along with their partners in Israel, was not a winning maneuver. Syria is a war zone now, with the parties clearly identified and the lines tightly drawn. This will eventually result in Syrian refugees returning to their homelands, shipped en mass by European countries disgusted with the demands made upon them. But in the meantime, housing the flood in Turkey is being considered as a solution. Turkey would be paid for this service. Turkey would reconsider their ambitions and be less enthusiastic about supporting ISIS. And the EU would develop new rules. This is the current EU expectation, but we predict another outcome.
