Sun Huge

I'm sending you two pictures of the Sun; both were taken from the same point, my home's balcony, in the same perspective pointing to the front garden, and at the same hour: 7:23 AM. They just have have 1 year's difference, since the first one was taken on July,7th, 2003 and the second one on July, 7th, 2004. As you can see, there is a difference in the position of the Sun: this year the sun is lower and has yet to rise above the top of the pines in the garden. This could be the evidence that either Earth's axis has tilted, or Earth's rotation is slowing down, or maybe both things together. I have taken many other pictures, they all show the same difference.
