Confidentiality

Members of Troubled Times wishing to remain anonymous during publication of their contributions, for whatever reason, may do so. As Troubled Times deals with issues that engender emotions such as fear and resentment, protecting the identity of contributing members is a proper consideration. Thus members of Troubled Times, the volunteer group, might submit their contributions on the list serve but decline credits. During the preparation of any material to be presented to the public by Troubled Times, confidentiality and protection of a member's identity is a proper concern.
