ZetaTalk Chat Q&A for January 26, 2013

Looks like mega-wealthy who can afford $30,000+ monthly rent are moving away from owning real estate they could easily afford to leasing homes instead.  Of course the Wall Street Journal fails to wonder if these people know all about Planet X, the pending pole shift, and the delayed NASA announcement because maybe that is why these people now want to lease instead of own.  Is this a trend among the wealthy who can well afford to move anytime, anywhere that is actually due to knowledge of Planet X and/or the pending NASA announcement? [and from another]  http://online.wsj.com/article/SB10001424127887323596204578241712854783062.html?mod=WSJ_hpp_election_middleStories  A New Lease on Luxury. When real-estate developer Don Peebles moved his family to Manhattan from Coral Gables, Fla., he decided to combine two adjacent ninth-floor apartments to create a 4,750-square-foot, seven-bedroom, nine-bathroom home with glass walls on the Upper West Side overlooking the Hudson River. Though the Peebleses invested significantly in their home, they don't own it. Instead, they are paying $35,000 a month to lease it. A growing number of people who can afford to buy trophy homes are instead opting for a more temporary solution: the trophy rental. Some renters say they want to avoid tying up their money in steep down payments and instead are investing their money in the financial markets or their own businesses. Still, they're willing to spend tens of thousands of dollars a month on a rental to get the lifestyle they want. As a result, the highest end of the rental market has seen significant growth.

Real estate is considered an investment, as one can anticipate selling at a higher value than the purchase price. Paying rent is throwing these funds away. Why then would rentals by the elite be on the increase? This is a dead giveaway that the elite are aware that cities will be hit by earthquakes in the near future, and those cities along the ocean coastlines will be inundated. Once this happens all real estate in the area will be worthless. Real estate inland, and not in high rise buildings, could be reinforced for earthquake resistance and have nearby bunkers underground or bermed into a hill side - features that a 9th floor apartment in Manhattan could not provide.

Could a single gas leak spread a hundred miles in all directions and keep its stench? Would not this gas dilute? They can't even find the source of the leak? It this another stretch stench episode? [and from another] Gas Leak in Rouen, France, leaves Foul-Smelling Cloud of Gas Wafting over Southern England. January 22, 2013. http://www.independent.co.uk/news/uk/home-news/the-great-french-stench-gas-leak-in-rouen-leaves-foulsmelling-cloud-of-gas-wafting-over-southern-england-8461793.html  Rotten eggs, most people said, although less delicate souls used the word farts – and it was most certainly great, yesterday blanketing much of southern England like a weather system, a smell so prominent and so unpleasant that people called their local fire brigade, or the National Grid, in their tens of thousands. It was a gas cloud which had escaped from a factory in Rouen in Normandy, and the gas was mercaptan, which is added to odour-free natural gas so that gas escapes can be detected. There was no word on the cause of the leak.

The question that the public should be asking, re the Rouen gas leak, is how quickly Mercaptan dilutes, over vast distances, and how it is that it could escape to London and southern England, and also to Paris, without likewise escaping to most of France? The locations suffering with headaches and nausea, signs of methane poisoning, are too localized, too distant from the supposed source, and if the concentrations were such in London and Paris then the populace in Rouen would be dead. Gas dilutes, evaporates and rises. Where are the explosions that would be associated with such an intense concentration of a volatile gas? This is clearly a convenient excuse, with a cooperative corporate entity willing to take a slap on the hand for maintaining the cover-up over the Earth changes being caused by the near presence of Planet X.

My question is regarding a video on You Tube I just stumbled upon w/ Neil Cavuto @ Fox News. At first I thought he was acting like an elitist/cover-up artist, but after continuing to listen to his bit, he makes reference to the extinction of dinosaurs not being "warned" or "given the time to spend w/ their loved one's", etc. and continues to spar throwing subtle dig's to Fox Business. It seems he's making reference to his employer not wanting to let people know what's coming. Could some of the employee's at many of the media stations be in stark contrast to what the boss' want them to say? The video is titled, "Fox News Warning! - Sky Anomaly wtf Something big is in the air 2012-2013" published on 12/11/12 (http://youtu.be/XnTOnFAIbSc). [and from another] Watched the vid and he reviews the constant warnings about CMEs, solar flares, and how they never seem to materialize. Then he talks extensively about asteroid close passes, moving onto dinosaur extinction which he attributes to meteor strike. His point seems to be, since this is a business report, that life on Earth is tenuous, saying “this type of cosmic stuff happens all the time”. Is this a type of leak, as Fox news surely knows the announcement about Planet X is pending.  The video is dated early December, 2012, prior to the supposed end of the Mayan Calendar.

Is Neil Cavuto of Fox News leaking information on Planet X with this odd rant? He seems to be dissing NASA by stating that constant warnings about solar flares that never seem to manifest or affect the Earth are suspicious. Blaming the Sun for the Earth changes caused by Planet X has indeed been a cover-up ploy. Then he makes pointed reference to asteroids, which NASA states they are unaware of until they zip between the Earth and the Moon. Look how easily slinging rocks could wipe out life on Earth, is his point. Other than the pending December 21, 2012 date there would seem to be no reason for this focus.

Lies, such as the cover-up, are often revealed inadvertently by those maintaining them. If the lie would be expected to make the holder anxious, they may affect an un-natural calm. If the lie is that the holder lost an extreme amount of money on gambling, is broke, the liar may buy extravagant gifts for the family in an attempt to hide the loss. If the lie is an affair, the wife may suddenly find her husband bringing flowers home. But if the lie is imposed by others, then the holder may rebel and attempt to leak the truth. Neil wants to break the news, be the big shot leading with the news that there was a cover-up over the near presence of Nibiru, aka Planet X. He resents being told to wait.

Would the Zetas care to comment on this article from the EU Times which states that the Russian Prime Minister has given an ultimatum to Obama regarding the release of the truth about aliens or Russia will take the lead on this? It would seem that the agenda for the 5 day WEF meeting is charged with "X factors from nature" more so than in other years. Is this the "crunch time" we have been waiting for? Seems a bit too coincidental being on the heels of the comments earlier in the month to be just ignored. [and from another] http://www.eutimes.net/2013/01/russia-orders-obama-tell-world-about-aliens-or-we-will/  A stunning Ministry of Foreign Affairs report on Prime Minister Medvedev’s agenda at the World Economic Forum this week states that Russia will warn President Obama that the “time has come” for the world to know the truth about aliens, and if the United States won’t participate in the announcement, the Kremlin will do so on its own.
Medvedev is scheduled to open this years Forum where as many as 50 heads of government, including Germany’s Angela Merkel and Britain’s David Cameron, will attend the five-day meeting that begins on 23 January.

http://reports.weforum.org/global-risks-2013/section-one/executive-summary/  Discovery of alien life: Proof of life elsewhere in the universe could have profound psychological implications for human belief systems. [and from another]
http://www.weforum.org/issues/global-risks  Could alien life go from science fiction to fact? Given the pace of space exploration, it is increasingly conceivable that we may discover the existence of alien life or other planets that could support human life. Suppose observations point to a potential future home for humankind around another star, or the existence of life in our solar system – in the Martian poles, in the subsurface oceans of Jupiter’s frozen moon Europa, or even in the hydrocarbon lakes of Saturn’s moon Titan. Scientists will immediately start pushing for robotic and even human missions to study the life forms in situ – and funding agencies, caught up in the excitement, might be willing to listen. If life forms (even fossilized life forms) are found in our solar system, for example, the origin of life is “easy” – that any place in the universe life can emerge, it will emerge. It will suggest that life is as natural and as ubiquitous a part of the universe as the stars and galaxies. The discovery of even simple life would fuel speculation about the existence of other intelligent beings and challenge many assumptions that underpin human philosophy and religion.

The World Economic Forum is not planning to lead on this matter, but is scrambling to address what they know is coming. The Awakening to the alien presence is driven by the Council of Worlds and the billions of aliens that have arrived in Earth’s vicinity to assist in her Transformation. The participants in the World Economic Forum see themselves losing their leadership opportunity, being dragged along by the populace who clearly understands that UFOs are real, intelligent life elsewhere is real, and are giving the Call in huge and increasing numbers to find out first-hand what this means.

Evidence of life elsewhere in the Universe is in hand already in the images returned by the Mars rovers,  such as the mouse on Mars, and the cell forms in the Red Rain falling in the vicinity of India and Sri Lanka. But it is the steadily increasing mass UFO sightings that the participants in the World Economic Forum cannot control that frightens them. They can distort the evidence in an image, claim a hoax, and attempt to discredit a scientist’s report, but how to tell the residents of an entire city that what they have seen in the skies with their own eyes is false?

Their stated fear is that official admissions on evidence of life elsewhere in the Universe would “challenge many assumptions that underpin human philosophy and religion”. But how does this affect the economy? It affects the control that the participants in the forum assume they have over mankind. Religion works by fear, the threat of being damned to Hell if one does not follow the rules, and the enslavement of mankind by debt also works by fear. Now come the aliens, showing by the maneuvers in the skies that mankind’s technology, fighter jets and missiles, cannot affect them. What this says to mankind is that their leadership is ineffectual and paltry. What this says to the elite is that mankind might be less likely to take orders from them.

How does this translate into Medvedev driving the process of alien disclosure, to educate the public? This is the leap the public makes, hearing that alien life will be on the World Economic Forum’s agenda. The public is interested in disclosure. The elite are interested in putting on the brakes. Russia has always been more open about the alien presence and the near presence of Nibiru, aka Planet X, because their government has not been dominated by religion as have the US and other western nations. China is likewise more open, with their Ghost Cities visible and known. Cover-ups take effort, work and energy best spent elsewhere.  Medvedev’s role during the forum will be to reassure the nervous elite, though this will have little effect on their anxieties.
