Sep 16 NOON in Missouri#2 : 5 minutes LATE [0L]

Mo #2 9-16-04 NOON is 5 minutes after the hour, just like it was on 7/21/04 the last time I checked. Remember, just before that it suddenly stopped being 30 min late and was only 5 min late. It had been late for over a year. Now, it is holding this pattern (if I didn't miss a change in 2 months). Still I will expect Sunset to be late like it was recently.
